Cheques
in the amount of $22.32 were mailed to all attendees, this week. This amount represents the final refund for the Kalan Porter
Convention that was cancelled due to circumstances outside of our abilities.
There
will be no further refund issued. If you feel you need to contact us in the next
little while, please email the Ombudsman with your message. Shortly after the
refund cheques are received, the Convention Website and the Ombudsman email address will be shut down permanently.
At
this time, we still require a number of addresses or updated email addresses for about 11 of the attendees and therefore we’re
unable to mail out their cheques. If you think you may be one of those missed, please email the Ombudsman. Send your name,
address, email address you confirmed your attendance with as well as your current email address. All submissions will be checked
for authenticity and be kept confidential.
